Pausing & Cancelling Memberships:
If you need to pause or cancel your membership, please reach out to us at jacquelyn@damescouts.com.  Use subject line PAUSE MEMBERSHIP or CANCEL MEMBERSHIP accordingly.  We can pause your membership for one month and it will resume the following month.  
 
Upgrading Membership:  
If you ever decide to upgrade from Virtual Dame Membership to Crafty Dame Membership, simply purchase the Crafty Dame Membership, if available, and email us at jacquelyn@damescouts.com with the subject line UPGRADE MY MEMBERSHIP.  We will Cancel your Virtual Dame Membership and your Crafty Dame Membership will begin.  We must be told of the desire to change before the 1st of the next month to assure we have supplies left to allow for the upgrade.
